These terms govern text messages (SMS) sent by Russell Renovation LLC, a Chicago general contractor, from (708) 695-6095. By providing your mobile number and asking to be contacted by text, you agree to these terms.
What we text about
Messages are one-to-one and concern the project or service request you made: answers to your request, scoping questions, scheduling of site visits, and updates about the licensed contractor we are connecting you with. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional campaigns by text.
How you opt in
You opt in when you request service from Russell Renovation and choose text as your preferred contact method — either directly with us, or through a contractor marketplace where you submitted a project request and selected Text as your contact preference. Russell Renovation texts you only as the contractor responding to your request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project; most people receive a handful of messages over the life of a request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (708) 695-6095 or russellrenovationllc@gmail.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
