Russell Renovation LLC collects only what you send us: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project when you call, email, or contact us through this site.
Phone calls to (708) 695-6095 are answered by an AI assistant and are transcribed and logged, so we have an accurate record of what you asked for and nothing gets lost between the call and the job.
We use that information to respond to you and to plan and document your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people working on your job.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. WordPress may set basic functional cookies required for the site to work.
How long we keep it
Project records are kept for as long as we may need them — construction work carries warranty and liability obligations that outlast the job itself. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years.
Getting a copy, or asking us to delete it
Email russellrenovationllc@gmail.com or call (708) 695-6095 and ask. We will tell you what we have and remove what we are not required to keep.

Text Messaging (SMS)
Russell Renovation LLC sends text messages only to people who have asked us to contact them by text about a project or service request, and only about that request. This includes homeowners who request service from Russell Renovation directly and homeowners who reach us through a contractor marketplace and select text as their preferred contact method.

No mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
